This program looks at The King and I, South Pacific, Camelot, Oklahoma, Porgy and Bess, Pygmalion ( My Fair Lady), Les Miserables, The Most Happy Fella, 110 in the Shade, The Wizard of Oz, and more!

About Dianne Legro

dianneblueshirt2Dianne is a world class award winning soprano and teaching artist . She performs worldwide on main stages and community centers in concerts, in schools and for adults in high needs areas.

She is acclaimed for her clear soprano voice, superb artistry and expressive versatility in many styles of music. She delights audiences capturing the wit and wisdom of all types of characters she embodies in her concerts of Broadway, Pops, Cabaret, American Songbook, Art Songs and Opera. She is passionate about the power of stories for transformation, the art of audience connection and participation and allowing people to make a personal connection to the artist.

She is a longtime member of Associated Solo Artists International, a not for profit organization that provides artistic interdisciplinary programs to children, teachers businesses and communities across the globe. Dianne was instrumental in development of ‘The Learning Arts’ their Arts in Education division, ‘Icarus Concert Division’ and “Creative Leaps International Corporate Education Division’. She is a premier performer in the company and their lead trainer in The Learning Arts Teaching Artists Development and Leadership Training Program in New York State.

For Fun, Dianne enjoys writing, directing and producing her one -woman shows in NYC. She has received critical acclaim for her original works, “ Faith Hope And Parity”, “ They Say it’s Wonderful!” and “The Best Of Broadway”. Please See Testimonials page*

Dianne attended The New England Conservatory of Music, The Juilliard School and The Bel Canto School in Parma Italy. She Studied privately with the famous diva Renata Tebaldi, Beverly Johnson of The Metropolitan Opera and Bill Reed the renowned Broadway coach. She was awarded fellowships to The Aspen Festival, The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, and The Bel Canto Foundation.

About Lenae Wisner Badger

Lenae Wisner Badger, a Florida native, began playing piano at age 5.  She began accompanying choirs and choruses as early as elementary school and continued through high school.  Lenae started organ lessons while in high school and went on to receive her Bachelor of Music (organ principal) in 1979 from Stetson University in Deland, Florida, where she also studied voice and was an active recital accompanist. She came to the northeast for graduate studies at the Yale School of Music and Institute of Sacred Music, receiving her Masters of Music in 1981. She is currently Minister of Music at House of Prayer Lutheran Church in Hingham, where she has served for 30 years.  Lenae teaches piano and voice in her Scituate home and is the accompanist for two Hingham-based choral groups —  the Unicorn Singers and Broad Cove Chorale.  She also plays the 10-bell chime in Scituate’s historic Lawson Tower.
