About the event

Kezia Bacon with the NSRWA is a well-respected naturalist on the South Shore.  She will share the history of Rexhame Beach and how Marshfield acquired the land, how the Portland Gale of 1898 changed the river and the topography of the village.  Did you know Beadles Rock was a landmark named for one of the first families who built in Rexhame?  Come hear the story.  Click here to learn more about the NSRWA.
