About the event
The theme for this open house is ICE CREAM SOCIAL! Come enjoy a cone of homemade ice cream donated by B's in Marshfield. We will have two of their best-selling flavors to choose from.
Here's the twist...we will also offer a sampling of an 18th century savory oyster ice cream - yes you read that right. Thanks to Island Creek Oyster in Duxbury for donating the oysters.
This dish was served by Dolly Madison and we believe it was more like a cold savory oyster chowder. Expand your culinary palate and tell us what you think!
