Open House and Ice Cream Social

The annual ice cream social is a favorite Winslow House event!  What could be better than a free ice cream on a summer Sunday afternoon?  

Choose your flavor and relax on the expansive lawn or at a table inside the tea room.

As always, there is a historical twist!  Did you know Dolly Madison served ice cream at the White House?  However, her ice cream recipes were savory, not sweet...  Using this beloved First Lady's recipe as a guide, we will be serving our own homemade parmesan ice cream.  Give it a try!
